Cross Country Training

Today all the Year 3 and 4 classes went for a practice run around the field two times!

We are focused on improving our general fitness to help keep our body healthy and fit.

We are also practicing how to keep a good speed that isn't too fast so that we do not get puffed out straight away. This will help us get ready for the Cross Country race at the end of the term.

    1. Did you get the same time as Campbell? Getting a prickle would have been very annoying. Did it slow you down?

    3. Well, it's good you got it out. I think that next time you will get a faster time. I think the prickle slowed things down a bit.
